The enemy wants to beat you down by life until you become so filled with doubt about God, you shut down and become numb to Him.

Satan is the thief who roams around looking for someone to devour and he will use anyone and anything he can, like a pawn on his game, to hurt you until he destroys you.

He will manipulate and whisper lies telling you to give up on the things of God, tempting you with the things of this world, convincing you that God is holding out on good things for you—

That snakes lying schemes started in the Garden of Eden when He convinced Adam and Eve to step out of obedience to God and into his trap…

The enemy is still using the same tactics today, and too many are being lured away because they’ve allowed the lies of the enemy and life speak louder than Truth.

When you fall for the enemies lies, and step out of the will of God, mixing the world in with your walk, you have given the enemy rights to mess with you in any area he pleases.

Depression sets in.

A spirit of heaviness weighs you down.

Peace is void from your life.

Unending Joy is no where to be found.

And the enemy sits back and laughs while you blame God.

It’s time to recognize where the enemy has been at work and wholeheartedly turn to the One who came to give you a rich and satisfying life.

Jesus said in John 10:10, “The thief’s purpose is to steal and kill and destroy. My purpose is to give them a rich and satisfying life.”

Tell the enemy his time is up—

You have nothing to lose and everything to gain!
