In our humanness, we have a natural tendency to compare our situation or life experiences to someone else’s. And then from there, we decide whether or not our circumstances are harder, giving ourselves a reason for our defeated or negative feelings about our life.

Family, can I give you a little perspective shift?

I’m assuming you said yes since you’re still reading. (Wink, wink) 

What if we stopped looking at what others have gone through, the way others are living, what others have or don’t have, what we have experienced, what someone else may not understand, and look to GOD in all things!

What if we started looking at what we have in Him, and through Him, and lived with a mindset that says: with God, I am more than a conqueror; I am victorious through Christ!

If we call ourselves believers then we better start believing…

You, my friend, are not without. You are not less than. You are not unequipped. You are filled with the same mighty power that raised Jesus from the dead! You have access to a wisdom beyond your human capabilities and even beyond your level of education. Your Father in Heaven has unlimited resources and, as His child, He is going to make sure you have everything you need to accomplish all He has planned for your life!

You are not a victim of your past.

You are not a product of your unfortunate circumstances.

You are a chosen vessel of the living God; a new creation; the old is gone, the new is here.

Stop believing the lie that says your set up was bad and realize your come back with Christ is your launching pad!
