The more time that you spend with God, allowing Him to make His home in your heart, the more He heals.
The more He heals, the clearer you see because your lens is not jaded from life.
The more you see, the easier it is to hear His still small voice guiding you in truth.
We have to take the time to shut down all the noise, get with Him and let Him do a work in us, removing all the pride and ego that says “we’re fine”.
He wants to heal-
And guide us in all things, at all times, in all situations so that we know exactly what to do, and how to respond.
BUT—we are going to have a really hard time hearing His lead when we have barriers in our hearts.
This is just a fact.
What’s in our hearts effects how we think, see, and hear.
We will think, see and hear through whatever filter life has developed, negatively affecting how we hear God and read His Word.
This is why it is CRITICAL that we get that much needed touch from Jesus in order to see and hear with precision. This enables us to get our thought life lined up with the will of God, and not the will of our human nature, or broken view.
This is the key that will set us up to develop the wisdom and discernment that is vital as we navigate our life!
Especially now. 🗝
Turn to Him and let Him in.
