Do you ever wonder why you are constantly struggling, not experiencing the life that Jesus paid for?
The life of freedom, peace and joy that we read about in the Bible?
“Many of us are not realizing our thought-life is arguing with the Word of God on a regular basis and a direct contradiction to His Truth. It is easy to justify our distorted and broken beliefs instead of connecting with a greater truth: that if our thought-life is not lined up with what God says, it’s a wrong thought that leads to rebellion against the knowledge of God, and it needs to get evicted! When we are stuck in the tension between life in the Spirit and our thought-life from our old nature (the flesh), we remain stuck, living a life that is inferior to the Word of God. The tension creates turmoil on the regular, and it is impossible for us to live as a new creation in Christ. We cannot live as a new Creation in Christ Jesus if our thought-life is unchanged. As long as our thought-life remains unchanged, and it’s not a reflection of God’s Word, we continue to live from our old nature which causes us to constantly be in conflict with patterns and behaviors of this world, versus the righteousness of Christ.” –Ripple Effect
It’s time to stop our thoughts from arguing with God’s Word and renew our mind. This will lead us to the chain-breaking freedom that we are longing for, living as new creations, to be like Christ.
It’s time to live in the fullness of freedom and victory thats Jesus paid for on this side of Heaven!
